Vice President Marketing/Sales Job in Bicknell 47512, Indiana US
A fifty-four year old plastics insert/injection molding and coil winding manufacturer is seeking an executive level individual to oversee its marketing/sales operations.
We manufacture OEM specified electrical coils used in fluid/air controls, solenoids, sensors and other applications.
We provide custom molding services that include insert molding, medical molding and other related plastics applications.
We are also a manufacturer of rotary table injection molding machines with a full in-house tooling shop with expertise in mold-making.
Our machines and tooling are especially suitable for the medical device industry and are considered "turn-key" packages.
We are a global company with machine sales in over 10 countries.
We are looking for an individual with experience and knowledge in the manufacturing industry with the most qualified candidate having specific knowledge in the areas of injection/insert molding and electrical coils.
We are searching for an individual who is motivated and a self-starter.
This position will have complete responsibility for marketing and sales of our products and services.
We are looking for that unique individual with the personality and drive to achieve sustained levels of growth for our company.
Responsibilities will include developing marketing strategies and managing sales including web site(s) development, ads in trade publications, trade shows, face -to-face client interaction, etc. If you have a proven sales record with a plastics background, this may be an excellent opportunity for you. The successful applicant will report to the CEO and will work in concert with our two general managers which run the manufacturing process.
This position comes with an executive level base compensation package with bonus incentives based upon sales growth.
