This position is responsible for sales management and fiduciary services to individuals, as well as retirement plan services to corporate customers.
The candidate will be instrumental in developing new trust and wealth management account relationships and unchartered opportunities for our bank's services in order to meet the established growth and profitability objectives of the department and the bank.
You will be actively involved in working relationships to build and maintain a strong customer base.
Additional responsibilities include: · Train and nurture bank employees to generate referrals.
· Develop a profile for each prospective customer to be used to insure that FNB has the opportunity to meet all of the customers financial needs.
· Prepare for and make presentations to potential customers.
· Keep detailed records of customer contacts using the banks CRM system.
· Plan and conduct seminars featuring the Banks Wealth Management Services· Maintain professional knowledge of fiduciary and tax law and regulations; estate planning strategies; investment products and strategies; retirement plans, as well as business succession planning techniques.Job Qualifications: · A minimum of five years of experience as a trust business development officer, preferably with some administrative experience.
