Company Description Real Estate Company Job Description The VP of Collections will report to the SVP of management accounting and will manage and have immediate responsibility for the organization's collections department, the direction and implementation of overall collection policies and procedures, and the weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
Key responsibilities: Manage national accounts team Liaison with asset managers and leasing to coordinate strategy and execution of business level directivesExtensive management reporting experience in the preparation and review of weekly and monthly internal reports for SVP, management reporting and management team as requiredReview of the monthly bad debt as determined by property accounting to ensure the accounts receivable is adequately reservedReview of monthly debtors variance commentary for reporting requirements Required Skills 10+ years Real Estate & Real Estate Collections experience requiredBachelor's Degree in Accounting/FinanceAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Word & ExcelExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsDetail oriented
