Used Truck Manager Job in Eau Claire, Wisconsin US

As one of Peterbilt's largest premier truck distributors, our network of dealerships can provide one-stop supportand service from the pre-purchase process to warranty repairs to major overhauls on all the leading lines we carry.
Used Truck Manager will be responsible for: Manages inspection, sale and procurement activities of the Used TruckDivision by performing the following duties personally or throughsubordinates.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Attend auctions, inspect & procure used trucks for retail sales.
Evaluate prospective trade-ins.
Maintain relationship with brokers and customers in order to purchaseand sell used trucks.
Maintain professional inter-department relationship with sales staffTrack all truck & attachment inventory (location, value, etc.)Be proficient with truck inspectionsKeep current on market trends - both medium and heavy duty trucks.
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential,price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns toaccommodate goals of company.
Maintain contact with national accounts, contractors, vendors, etc.Continue pursuit of personal and professional growth and developmentwithin industry.
Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
