Job Description: We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a minimum of 3 years of contract-carriage sales experience to join our company.
Our key candidate will be an energized individual, who can excel in a direct sales environment and enjoy working with a team of people who like to win. The right individual will demonstrate great interpersonal skills and bring to our organization the passion to sell, responsiveness, and will be motivated by recognition and compensation.
You must be detail-oriented, understand our fast-paced industry, has no hesitation in aggressively blanketing the market through direct sales, sign new business and managing customer accounts successfully through relationship building and creative solutions.
The successful individual will: Have a minimum of 3 years of contract-carriage sales experienceHave a Bachelors degree; also advanced degree preferredBe engaged in making sales calls five days per week in a face to face direct sales environment; Work as a member and collaborate with all internal and external parties;Be skilled in the use of a personal computer and fully utilize the companys Customer relationship Management (CRM) software.Be self motivated;Be professional and passionate about their work;Be willing to travel Responsibilities will include: Achieving a minimum of 25 new contacts per week and achieve stated revenue objectives;Maintaining a growing pipeline of indisputable prospects while utilizing our CRM system to be more efficient;Propose rates that are in collaboration with engineering support and meet hurtle and margin requirements;Understanding the company philosophy as it pertains to the type of prospect that matchs our service capabilities;The ability to make a professional proposals and bringing the sales process to a close;If you are looking for a challenging, fast-paced, competitive, long-term career in the transportation industry where your results are rewarded, please contact us about the possibility of joining our team.
