Unix Systems Administrator - Solaris / AIX / SSC3483 Job in Woonsocket 02895, Rhode Island US
Position Description: Manage and maintain all aspects of server OS configurations in relation to user provisioning, security, performance and capacity reporting.
This to be performed in development, user acceptance and production environments.
Coordinate all aspects of server installs in a project oriented environmentRespond, identify and remediate any issues affecting server availability or performance that impact end users.
Support daily user request for provisioning and assistance in multiple environmentsPerform performance testing and Disaster recovery testing as neededQualifications: The System Administrator should have experience in building, tuning and maintaining servers in and enterprise environment that supports multi TB databases.The System Administrator should have experience in supporting customer facing environments in a highly charged retail environment.The candidate should be a team oriented individual with the ability to promote the successful advancement of the group.The ability to interact with other technical groups such as Data Base Administrators and Technical Architects is critical.

- Experience with AIX and/or Solaris is a must
