DescriptionThis position will be focused on enabling Transportation performance and capability in the areas of customer service, productivity, Supply Chain efficiency, analysis and reporting.

This role will primarily provide leadership support, manage resources and drive initiatives within the Quaker Foods and Gatorade Beverages business units, but will include Transportation initiatives that include multiple other PepsiCo businesses.Key Accountabilities: Transportation service performance analysis and improvement initiatives (SO/STO)- Monitor overall service performance and deliver analysis results and suggested actions to drive required improvement.

- Interface with Customer Service teams and field RTM team as appropriate to influence solutions to fact based issues.

Productivity initiative leadership and project management- Manage and monitor overall productivity agenda throughout the year for Quaker/Gatorade Transportation to insure target is achieved.

- Take point and lead specific larger scale initiatives that are key to achieving the overall target for each year.

Logistics Digital Dashboard ownership and management of Logistics reporting priorities- Manage work intake and prioritization in support of LDD being an excellent reporting and analysis tool.

- Maximize the value add that LDD provides the overall Logistics organization.

- Leverage LDD to test the performance and accuracy of other systems such as SAP and ETMS.

- Manage all interaction with third parties that receive LDD reports, such as Transportation carriers.

Leadership of Transportation initiatives that enable field team efficiency and performance- Manage the quality and performance of various tools and reports that assist the field in managing their role more efficiently and adding value to overall performance.

- Make sure that all RAD reason coding reports and support functions, like the DAC application are in good working condition.

- Own the operation and integrity of Pre-Set Appointment process.

Lead and manage various Transportation projects that cut across PepsiCo business units- Drive appropriate PIT2 projects that require analysis and influence the resulting integration within the Quaker/Gatorade organization to capture the synergy value.

- Provide leadership, counsel and support for implementing initiatives that involve bringing other business unit brands and inventories and customer order delivery into the warehouse delivered operating model.

Coordinate the team to support various requests for data and analysis across Logistics functions- Manage the team to prioritize and deliver reliable data as appropriate to support other Logistics functions, Accounting and periodic events, like the Annual Truckload Bid.- Provide leadership and counsel in prioritizing LDD report development and their applicability to each functional area.

Manage process to insure the completeness and integrity of data that supports Transportation- Own the appropriateness, accuracy and completeness of data that supports all LDD Logistics metrics and reports that are used to manage the business and solve problems.

- Be the liaison and provide support to the Tropicana and PCNA business units in the pursuit of leveraging LDD for various reporting requirements in support of managing the service performance in Transportation.

Lead and manage the people processes and performance of a small team or resources- Deliver on all People performance and planning requirements by delivering timely execution of all outlined steps, regular team interaction and individual coaching.
