Transportation Billing Specialist Job in Plymouth 55447, Minnesota US

Job Overview: The Transportation Billing Specialist will assure correctness of bills of lading and insure a smooth flow of all pickslips and shipping documents through the warehouse order processing functions.
The Transportation Billing Specialist · Accurately completes all bills of lading and any accompanying paperwork.
· In a timely manner, contact carriers for pick ups and load coordination.
· Coordinate gathering all International paperwork with customer service.
· Assist in performing various clerical duties for the warehouse and Transportation cost analyst as requested and time allows.
· Fills in pieces, pound and delivery instructions on bills.
· Generates manifests and reports as required.
· Coordinates efforts with customer service, warehouse management, shuttle drivers and Traffic Manager concerning any information necessary to insure accurate processing of bills and entering orders.
· Assure the private fleet and local trucks paperwork is complete; assembles routing for local delivery.
Requirements for this position include: · High School diploma or equivalent· Legible hand writing· Ability to speak fluently, read and understand English· Computer knowledge and basic math skills· Ability to professionally interface with other departments and carrier personnel Minntech has a 30+ year stable history of success and we are seeking the right individuals to help us continue and grow that success.
