50 hour) 6-year, grant funded position based in Springfield, working with young adults, ages 16-22, who may need assistance and support in making the transition from adolescence to young adulthood.
This high-energy, youth-oriented person will work with community groups, schools, businesses, youth and their families to improve young people's access to healthcare, housing and jobs.
They will also help facilitate opportunities for youth to develop more leadership skills and roles in the community.
Eligible candidates should have a bachelors or masters degree, have experience working with young adults, and have community organizing abilities.
