9. Develop appropriate risk-based control strategies and solutions for business processes, including the SAP R/3 application, SAP configuration controls and manual/management controls.

Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and PepsiCo business process control requirements.

Communicate and coordinate control solutions across departments impacted by the ERP implementation.

Business and Technical Knowledge: -Understand basic business, operational and financial areas and the information associated with each.

-Possess a depth of knowledge in the assigned business area sufficient to understand detailed functional design requirements and to develop risk-based control processes that meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements in a cost effective manner.

-Possess a basic understanding of the technical architecture and security environment for the Enterprise Systems Project -Understand the SAP systems methodology and environment Planning: -Participate with process teams, workshops, and other sources of requirements information to plan the control environment for the assigned areas of responsibility.

-Develop work schedules that ensure control design is completed within the timeframe and schedule that meets process workstream requirements.

-Comply with schedule commitmentsControl Design: -Gather control objectives, risk and control requirements for the area of business process responsibility.

-Identify control solutions for each business process which may include configuration controls, access controls, manual, and/or management reporting controls.

-Identify process specific risk and develop control objectives to ensure risks are adequately managed.

-Evaluate interface and conversation process risk from an operational and systems perspective.

-Identify control issues and provide viable control solutions.

-Integrate with Security Controls resources to ensure control decisions are factored into business process design.

-Test and document agreed controls solutions and prepare related training plans.

Communication: -Communicate control requirements within the assigned process team, and work together to assure the implementation of well controlled process solutions.

-Keep team and sub-team leads informed of progress and promptly report any delays or significant issues.

-Coach team in use and application of control and security techniques.

Teamwork: -Actively participate in workshops and team discussions.

-Work with team members to ensure adequate design of workstream processes and the incorporation of related controls -Work with audit, risk, and quality personnel to explain and evaluate the structure and design of control processesOther: -Understand and utilize project documentation tools and systems in compliance with project standards.

Requirements: Minimum Requirements: Required: -3-5 years in Audit (IT, Internal, or Financial) or a business function activity involving process controls design, documentation, or testing.

-Bachelor s Degree -Understanding of the business structure and objectives for the assigned area of responsibility -Broad understanding of business functions -Broad understanding of Sarbanes Oxley compliance Preferred: -Experience in documenting and testing control processes for Sarbanes Oxley compliance -In-depth experience designing controls and configuration for a large scale SAP implementation -1-2 years in a financial or IT Audit role involving review of internal control processes -Master s (MBA, MS)-2-3 years working with enterprise resource system control and security design, particularly SAP -2+ years of Big 4 Audit or Consulting experience.
