Training coordinator Job in Hanover 21076, Maryland US
Training CoordinatorPurpose: This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of situational leadership training.
The position responsibilities are divided in to three primary responsibilities, planning for incoming classes, support of classes while they are here and post class follow-up.
In addition to planning travel, lodging, and meeting logistics for Account Manager, Diversity, and Operations/ Field Support training.
In each phase attention to detail is key to ensuring each participants experience is outstanding.
Additional responsibilities include support of other coordinators and Professional Development team.
Key Functions: - Coordinate all parts of situational leadership training including: - Ordering and sending pre-work to all Sales training participants- Scheduling speakers- Managing training rooms- Set up travel/hotel logistics for all participants- Set up all meals for training- Schedule conference calls before each sales training class- Provide support to other training and travel coordinators in the professional development department- Provide administrative support for FSG/OSG/Recruiter trainingSkills: - Strong interpersonal skills- Adaptability and Flexibility- Microsoft Word and Excel- Self-starter- Professionalism- Organizational Skills- Ability to multi-task- Communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely in writingRequired Skills: ADMINISTRATIVE, MS OFFICE, TEAM PLAYERPeople.
