Training Analyst Job in LAWTON 73501, Oklahoma US
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a qualified Training Analyst for potential work at Ft. Sill, OK.-A Bachelor's Degree in related discipline is desireable-One year of on-the-job experience with a military training activity or school in the related disciplineFire Support and Gunnery or; Platoon Leader or; Assignment Oriented Training or: JTAC/JFOFire Support and Gunnery - Candidate served in an assignment to a US Army or Marine Battalion as a FSO or FDO; recent experience as a FSO or FDO-related activity.
Other desirable experiences would be working in-theater during OIF/OEF or in deployment to Kosovo/Bosnia, present operational experience serving in one or more of the core elements, supporting elements or related to activities associated with FSO or FDO duties, technical expertise in the fires TTP and in the gunnery tactics, techniques and procedures at the battalion level.
Platoon Leader - Candidate must be a graduate of the 13B ANCOC or equivalent school; served in an assignment in the US Army or Marine Battery as a gunnery sergeant or cannon platoon sergeant in a cannon battalion.
Desirable experience including working in-theater during OIF-OEF or in deployment to Kosovo/Bosnia; or recent operational experience serving in one of the core elements, supporting elements or related activities associated with gunnery sergeant or cannon platoon sergeant duties.
Technical expertise in battery cannon operations as defined by FM 6-50.
Assignment Oriented Training - Candidate must have expertise in the operation of the BFIST, LLDR, FS3, VIPER Laser Rangefinder and be able to operate all equipment in a field environment.
Served in an assignment to the US Army or Marine Battalion as a Fire Support Sergeant.

JTAC/JFO - Candidate shall operate and maintain the CFFT simulators, and maintain the JFO POI and lesson plans by incorporating lessons learned doctrien, and current and evolving TTP from current operations in the POI. Must be proficient in JTAC and JFO procedures.
