Trade Promotion Analyst - Distributor Sales Job Job in Barrington, Illinois US
DescriptionBuild TPM event structure based on the event plannerMaintain timely verification of sales contracts and related support (FD Approvals, emails, etc) Ensure TPM is up to date with accurate trade deal information to support forecasting processProactively work with Finance and Sales to address and resolve outstanding accrual issuesMaintain AM Exception TrackerPull reports on a period basis to monitor discrepanciesContribute towards resolution of open issues with Sales, Finance and CFSParticipate in quarterly audits to ensure consistent SOX complianceDrive contract complianceRequirements: Functional understanding of SAPAbility to lead project work and drive completionStrong communication skillsSolid understanding of customer planning and QTG businessGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various levels within the organizationGood organization skills and proven ability to work independentlySome financial and/or customer service experience preferredUndergraduate degree required (business focus)
