Tivoli Workload Scheduler Developer w/Java Job in Chicago 60601, Illinois US

If you are interested in joining an amazing team and meet the following qualifications please contact us today!Job Description: The Tivoli developer will build new and modify an existing analytical data mart schedule.
The current development is done with a combination of XML and JAVA code.
Qualified candidate will come in, learn the existing schedule quickly and begin to make modifications to the schedule as necessary.
The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, unit-testing, and promoting code through all environments including development (DEV), product verification (PV), performance engineering (PE), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Responsibilities: - Analysis and Design of Data Warehouse/Data Mart Job Schedule to automate DataStage jobs and related Unix Scripts & Java Code.
- Development and deployment of New Tivoli Job modules into existing schedule.
- Modifications of existing code/job modules.
- End to end automation of job schedule.
- Creation and Modification of the Operations Manual.
- Creation and Modification of the Tivoli Workflow Design Document.
- Interact with DataStage developers and architects to design, implement, test and document jobs/schedules.
Skills-set: - Tivoli Workload Scheduler (Job Scheduling Console) - Versio
8. 4- Unix Scripting- Java - core skills.
Spring framework (preferred).
- XML - Working knowledge of DataStage or similar ETL tool (preferred).
Deliverable: Will be handling the modifications to the rule engine and exiting job scheduler.
