The Mergis Group, a division of Spherion Corporation is assisting a client in identifying a Title Closer.
Responsibilities: various duties such as: title issues, preparation of corporate grantor documents, intro calls to all parties necessary to close the transactions, gathering updated information necessary for closing the transactions, such as Taxes and final utility information.
This position is in a fast-paced environment, with a high closing volume, which will include a high volume of communication through email and direct call line.
Assist with post closing issues, such as tracking seller proceeds, lender signed documents and recording information.
Qualifications: The candidate must be able to prioritize, must be detailed orientated and dependable.
Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, superior customer service and communications skills.
