The Role: Tibco Developer Provide Tibco development for a workflow solution involving Tibco BW, BE and GI tools.

· The primary skill is Tibco Business Works (BW).
Candidates need to have extensive experience with this module.
The Business Events (BE) is secondary and if someone has been using Tibco for a long time they can probably pick it up. The GI module is an Ajax based UI so if candidate has Ajax or JavaScript/XML and Tibco that would be an easy transition as well.
· Client would like to see candidates who are not afraid to speak up and talk during design sessions, they should be able to share their input and ideas and be able to explain themselves clearly.
· Verbal and written communication will be very important in determining who will be hired for this spot!
