Therapy Supervisor Job in Paoli 47454, Indiana US
LifeSpan Therapy, a division of CarDon & Associates, is seeking an Occupational or Physical Therapist to serve as Therapy Supervisor at Paoli Health & Living Community in Paoli, Indiana.
This position provides day-to-day management of the Therapy Department, and helps to ensure the continued delivery of comprehensive rehab services and assists with achieving a positive balance between care, cost, outcomes and customer service.
Requires licensure in good standing, excellent clinical and communication skills, proven leadership skills are a must as this individual provides direction to lead department in the planning and assignment of appropriate Rehab RUG levels, and Part B therapy management and goals.
Must understand efficiency expectations and assists team in achieving goals.
