Testing Manager, Mount Laurel, NJ, Full Time Job in Burlington , New Jersey US

Summary: Responsible for a team of Test Analysts as well as functional responsibilities aligned with improving product quality Work with team to assist with the preparation of test plans and the testing of software to company guidelines and standards.
Quality Assurance of software applications that are delivered to the retail Stores and their processes.
Oversee an established team of 5 to 7 Testers that are located in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey and Lewiston, Maine.
Position requirements: - Prior experience in retail banking preferred.
- Strong QA and Testing industry knowledge - Working knowledge of Quality Center application.
- Ability to manage, provide direction and motivate staff.
- The ability to work to agreed deadlines - Ability to travel when needed between New Jersey and Maine.
