We are seeking a temporary PT Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team at our headquarters in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
In this position you will assist the ALI Training team with the development and delivery of Affinitys core curriculum training programs.
You will manage the logistics for all learning programs and events.
Create course descriptions and participate in the planning and preparation of the Affinity quarterly training calendar.
Requirements include excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills and proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel.
