Temporary Customer Service Rep Job in Cranbury 08512, New Jersey US
Position DescriptionThis position is responsible for raw material planning and receiving, Inventory management, shipments to distribution centers, outbound freight bills from Alloy to customers and distribution centers, order and obtain permits for samples.
Much of the work load will be on the back end of systems management (mostly internal communication and systems process, possible interaction with external clients).
Requirements2-4 years administrative experience or equivalent providing support through Microsoft Office systems including Word, Excel, Power point.
Must have warehouse/logistics experiencePrefer background/experience within chemical industry, fragrance and/or pharma.
College Degree Preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting/credit procedures.
Strong knowledge SAP modules materials management, orders to cash, production planning Ability to work efficiently, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism including positive attitude and strong initiative resulting in positive results during times of change and while handling multiple priorities.
Effective oral/written communication skills; must be accurate, articulate and diplomatic.
Ability to proactively meet needs of department, work with minimal supervision and effectively focus resources on priorities.
Strong problem solving skills and initiative to find resolution in ambiguous situations.
Proven ability to work as a partner with management and as a team player across the organization.
