Temporary Bookkeeper with Advanced Knowledge of QuickBooks Pro Job in SOUTH PLAINFIELD 07080, New Jersey US
We currently have an immediate opening for a temporary Bookkeeper/Data Entry Clerk for a logistics company in South Plainfield, NJ. Candidates MUST have advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Pro and/or QuickBooks Enterprise.
Duties include but are not limited to: - Tranferring customer accounts from MAS90 to QuickBooks Enterprise through creating a database and manually adding account information from scratch into the new accounting software- Generating new invoices for current accountsSchedule: 9am-5pm (there can be some flexibility with the hours)Duration of project: 4-6 weeks (with an anticipated start date of April 12)Pay Rate: $12-$13 per hourWorking hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm* Due to overwhelming response, only candidates who meet the qualifications will be contacted *Successful candidates MUST have: - At least 1 yr. of bookkeping experience- Advanced proficiency on the LATEST version of QuickBooks (QuickBooks Pro and/or QuickBooks Enterprise)- Fast and accurate data entry skills- Strong attention to detail- Ability to self-manageRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
