We are looking for great folks who share our passion and are looking for the right challenges where they can get 'JAZD' every day.Responsibilities: We seek individuals who have experience with B2B Sales, Online Advertising, Telemarketing, Outbound Call Center and/or Lead Generation.In this role, the successful candidate is primarily responsible for generating phone-based outbound B2B calls with the intent of selling cost-effective advertising space on our unique B2B Directories where the most qualified and informed buyers are making their purchasing decisions.

Successful candidates will have a track record of consistently meeting sales quotas and a tireless work ethic.

Requirements: 1-2+ years of successful B2B outbound sales/telesales/telemarketing/call center/lead generation experience in direct quota carrying inside sales position including cold calling and follow-up, ideally selling advertising or sponsorships in a telesales environment.

Demonstrated track record with meeting and achieving monthly quotas Experienced in outbound prospecting (100+ calls per day) Ability to interact with C-level executivesMust be a self starter and a passionate, high energy team player with ability to work independently Ability to sustain 3+ hours of phone time each day Ability to think on your feetDemonstrate deep product expertise, understand domain, product value Ability to present, negotiate and close sales Analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving expertise Detailed, organized and results-orientedResults-driven mentality and excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills Strong drive to achieve personal successStrong customer care skills Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills; must be comfortable making cold calls and able to deal effectively with objections Demonstrated Sales 101 fundamentals prospecting/cold calling discovery process closing techniques (give to get, silence after, etc.) proposal preparation Demonstrated stability in a past sales position BS/BA or equivalent experienceCompensation and Benefits: Compensation includes base salary, commission and bonuses.Our excellent benefits package includes Health and Dental Insurance, LTD, Life, 401(k), Flexible Spending Accounts, and generous Vacation and Sick Leave.
