Telecom Expense Management Analyst, Senior Job in Walnut Creek, California US
Ensure timely and accurate processing of mobile telecom orders in support of workforce members submissions, and oversee approval process to ensure SOX Compliance rules are followed.
Responsible for auditing telecom inventory for completeness and accuracy.
Responsible for completing daily tasks that are critical to timely telecom wireless account plans and mobile devices, and responsible to clear up or track down inaccuracies in reporting and database tracking reports.
Analyze third party telecom inventory audit results and verify identified items belong to active KP workforce team members.
Facilitates the relationship with the vendor representative to ensure contractual components meet contract compliance required information and documentation is provided to support of service level agreements.
Essential Functions: - Oversees TEM End-User portal, new orders, discrepancy queues, and approval issues to ensure orders are processed timely and fulfilled by our vendors quickly and accurately.
- Coordinates and facilitates moves, adds and changes, for wireless, mobile, voice or data services, under general supervision of the team lead or IT Ops Manager.
- Assists with telephony problem resolution, escalation and support coordination.
- Provides administrative support (eg writing documentation for tickets, updating and maintaining logs, etc.)- Consults with clients to determine telephony requirements and recommend solutions in accordance with standard system procedures.
- Coordinates with Asset Center to ensure management functions including all of the elements of monitoring and tracking of hardware and software assets.
- Measures, reports, and monitors metrics associated with the delivery of services (eg against established Service Level Agreements and Network Services budget)Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - 5 years experience in working with voice, data and wireless telecom vendors, order or inventory processes and systems.
- 3 or more Telecom Expense Management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and facilitate the business relationship with contracted vendor representatives.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PC skills in the Microsoft environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or IT or related field or 4 additional years of equivalent experience- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within geographic service area.
Preferred Qualifications: - Proficient in a variety of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Experience provisioning wireless and mobile rate plans, voice and data circuits, and order mobile devices.
