Technology Recruiter Job in Austin, Texas US
Kforce's Austin office is seeking a strong Recruiter for their Technology Team.
As a Recruiter, your goal is to continuously recruit and pipeline candidates to place on contractual assignments within the Austin area.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Recruit qualified candidates by engaging in sourcing activities to include, but not be limited to: market research (i.
e., job fairs, job boards, etc.), identifying candidate sources, cold calling, recruiting calls, and attending seminars and networking eventsDetermine and implement appropriate recruiting techniques for market, industry, skill set, and regionMaintain ongoing relationships with candidates not currently on assignmentQualify candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirementsComplete appropriate reference checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills and experiencePresent job opportunity to the candidate and negotiates compensation packageProvide coaching and advice to the candidate throughout the client interview process to include counteroffers and job transitionOnce you identify qualified candidates, assist the Account Manager with your candidate's interview processHere's an opportunity to work with an established, successful team led by a strong management team that leads by example! Qualifying for this opportunity requires the following: Minimum 1 year of IT Staffing experienceMotivation and a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes that exceed expectationAbility to proficiently handle difficult negations with professionalism and respectExcellent verbal/written skillsB.
