Definition and implementation of division-wide project management standards and metrics
Management of the delivery of regular reporting processes for Senior Management
Management of a team of local project managers that will support division-wide and silo-specific project activities (ie Corporate Technology & Banking)
Contribution to establishing ETP as a global center of excellence for PMOs & Project managers, and sharing best practice across the Technology Division
Local interface to COO of Technology Division and Corporate Technology & Banking senior management teamKey Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and implementation of division - wide project management policy, procedures and metrics that lead to the adoption of a consistent project management standard across Technology
Contribute to the development and implementation of Corporate Technology & Banking (CBT) project management processes and metrics that lead to the adoption of a consistent project management standard across CBT
Implement ongoing review processes that improve transparency and project management standards in close alignment with business goals
Manage global project reporting processes to provide Senior Technology management with up to date project status and project metrics
Contribute to the enhancements of project management and reporting tools such as HP PPM, Microsoft Project Server, SharePoint and other data repositories to improve standards across technology
Contribute to enhance global standards by developing project management execution frame works and templates to improve project delivery
Project leadership responsibility of specific initiatives and PMO support for critical CTB programmesSkills Required: Skills Required
Experience in establishing project management frameworks for large corporate organizations that add value and transparency to the overall Technology function
Detailed understanding of project management and SDLC methodologies
Proven ability to influence and lead large scale change management programme
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior executives across Technology and other business areas
Ability to work as part of a global team
Successful candidates must be technically credible and have the ability to manage critical projects
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the financial services industry or in a top tier management consulting firm
MBA, or other technology and/or business related graduate education
Technical background in development or infrastructure
Formal project management qualifications (ie PMI).
