Technical Support Representative (software) Job in Scottsdale 85260, Arizona US
Time America, Inc., an application software company, has an immediate opening for a Technical Support Representative.
Being an industry leader, providing time and labor management solutions for over 20 years, we are a small company with a casual work environment and a team of dedicated professionals.

The responsibilities include providing phone support and on-line technical assistance, using such tools as GoToMeeting and WebEx, to resellers and distributors under the direction of senior team members and Customer Service management.
This individual would also perform other duties as required including PC trouble-shooting, product testing, and issuing repair and return authorizations.
Work hours are Monday through Friday from either 6am to 3pm or 7am to 4pm.
The ideal candidate must possess an above-average proficiency in MS Windows-based PC use, the ability to trouble-shoot PC issues and network experience is a pre-requisite.
Ability to solve problems in a fast paced environment is a must.
You will work with a broad range of personalities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and be willing to spend at least 70 percent of each day on the phone.
Some international travel may be involved (no more than 4 trips/year).
You must be fluent in Spanish as the geographic areas of support include multiple Latin America countries.
