Custom Staffing is currently accepting resumes for (15) technical support reps.
Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following.
Large Telecommunications company seeking 15-20 Tier 1 Technical Support Representatives.
Looking for 2-3 years in your previous positions within a call center environment.
Will be taking inbound calls from customers dealing with Internet issues.
Troubleshooting modems, routers, IP addresses and LAN/WAN.
We run a 24/7 call center so you must be extremely flexible with the hours and days that you are able to work.
