We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support I in our Belleville, IL office.
We seek creative, energetic and skilled employees to join our dynamic, industry-leading organization.
You will be part of a Technical Support team who are client-facing customer service fanatics.
We are the eyes and ears of Network Solutions, gauging client satisfaction as well as specific call-drivers and ticket-drivers that can be escalated for future releases.
Responsibilities: Resolve client trouble issues through phone or ticketing system, follow established Service Levels, reduce phone hold times through effective & efficient troubleshooting, follow procedures and service levels for resolving client issues within designated time frames, document all inbound technical support calls in ticketing system, handle and respond to approximately 25 technical support tickets and/or phone calls per shift, provide professional well-written answers to client tickets, professional phone etiquette when speaking to clients, manage multiple simultaneous requests and work with manager to prioritize them, escalate client issues to technical support team lead, escalate technical issues using established procedures, seek direction on career development with team leads, participate actively in improving skills through meetings with leadership, online courses, articles, etc., attend company meetings & functions, other duties as assigned by team leads.Job Experience1-2 years of technical support experience in a 24/7 call center environment (preferred)Familiar with web-based software, preferably e-commerce related Deadline driven, Customer Service fanatic Excellent, can-do, positive attitude and friendly personality Excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting abilities Effective communicator Accountable & responsible to company, team, and self Thrives in fast-faced and demanding atmosphere Respectful of others' opinions & ideas Work ethic includes balance of "work hard, play hard" Leadership abilities, self starter that helps to motivate peersFor more information about Network Solutions, please go to: http://www.
