Our continued growth has created the need to add a Project Manager to our Technical Services- iRIS Team.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated clinical research professional to delight our clients and act as their main contact person in all matters regarding ICON Central Laboratories services including the day-to-day management of clinical studies.
In addition, you will be responsible for the configuration of the study in our database as well as responding to clinical study specific inquiries from clients.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in a scientific field with at least 1 year of experience in a clinical lab, project management or customer service along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, knowledge of MS Outlook, LIMS and PACS and the ability to multi-task and function at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and leadership abilities are necessary to be successful in this role.
Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
