Technical Recruiter Job in Boston, Massachusetts US
Job Purpose: As a member of the Recruitment and HR team, the incumbent will be a fully functioning member of the bestin-class recruitment team.
He/she will directly source, interview and qualify technical candidates to fill open staffing requisitions.
Key Result Areas: Work within the staffing process and effectively with the Staffing Consultant team to ensure hiring goals are met Ensure proper metrics and analysis on recruitment efforts are maintained and reported on a consistent basis Maintain a scalable, repeatable, and measurable recruitment/staffing process and methodology with site teams to ensure hiring goals are met Maintain cost-effective and timely recruitment/ staffing processes that are aligned with company goals and objectivesBuild and maintain working partnerships with Staffing Consultants and maintain the mechanism for gathering candidate and process feedback to enable continuous improvement Other responsibilities and key result areas as required or assigned Functional Expertise: HR functional expertise Sourcing, recruiting and negotiating pay rates of technical candidatesAbility to handle multiple priorities, often working 15 or more staffing requisitions at a timeComfortable working under pressure in a deadlinedriven environment.
Knowledge and interpretation of employment state and federal regulations.
Ability to articulate and explain the business and services, as well as, Business Unit specificsPossesses a performance-results focus; delivers as promised in an agreed upon time frameAnalytical problem-solution orientation Possesses the appropriate level of technical/functional expertise and knowledge.
