We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Technology Manager - Internal Search Tools in our Glendale offices.

Responsibilities: The role requires a person who will coordinate a team responsible for designing and developing tools for internal customers of AT&T search.

The tools will assist AT&T Interactive in measuring the performance of search platforms, monitoring search quality, and gaining deeper insight into consumer utilization of search.

The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced in working in a diverse technology culture, and leading a group of technologists in MIS driven solutions.

Have strong communication skills, experience at presenting to executive levels, and team prioritization management.

Required Qualifications/Skills: · 4-6 years experience in Java, Perl, or PHP, and Ruby,or Python programming.

· Working knowledge with at least one of the following RDBMS: MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, Sybase.

· Basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI design) · 2-3 years of team lead or team management.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

· Experience with Business intelligence solutions such as crystal reports · Familiarity with statistical analysis and sampling and graphing packages such as "R".

· Experience with work queue management systems such as JIRA · Experienced with source control and continual integration development.

Education: BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field.
