Technical/Help Desk Customer Service - Call Center Reps Large Multimedia company with Call Center located in the Bronx, New York and Stratford CT are seeking call center reps for customer service.

Positions are responsible for customer service, billing issues, troubleshooting customer's technical problems with equipment, answering general inquiries, and managing customer accounts.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
November 15, 2009 ASR - English and Bilingual Training Hours: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Days Off: Friday and Saturday Regular Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Days Off: Friday and Saturday December 6, 2009 ASR - Bilinguals ONLY 4 10 hour days Training Hours: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Days off: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Regular Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Days off: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday January 8, 2009 ASR - Bilinguals Only 4 10 hour daysTraining Hours: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AMDays off: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Regular Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AMDays off: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Great corporate atmosphere, excellent benefits and competitive pay!!! hourly rate, with an increase in several months, and tons of growth opportunities from there.
In order to be considered for the Bronx to qualify you must have either : Previous technical call center experience, A+ certification a plus or Bachelors or Associates or MCSE or any technical degree or certificate or60 college credits (about 2 years of college) Stratford CT Qualifications: must have flexibility with shifts1 year direct call center or 1 year bank teller or college degree
