Technical Analyst Job in Albany, Georgia US
The crop division's Albany regional office is looking for entry level to experienced candidates to support computers and associated hardware for our internal staff and external customers.
Will perform simple to moderately complex computer and application support in person and over the phone.
This position will also be responsible for working with end users to document system bugs and enhancements for escalation.
Performs work under close supervision.
Provides first contact troubleshoots and training to end users for Dell computers, home office internet equipment, Cisco VPN, Office 2007 and other Crop related systems on a Microsoft XP platform.
• Tunes application and computers to run smoothly.
• Imaging, configuring and profiling computers to maintain a deployment ready environment.
• Requesting security setups for end users • Responds to service requests.
• Documents and communicates systems support issues to end-users.
