Title: Para-ProfessionalReports to: Director, Tax OperationsLocation: White Plains, NYJOB RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of all sales & use tax returns & commercial rent tax returns for IAC and its emerging business group.
Assist with research and administrative projects.
Manage and maintain the tax calendar Responsible for all tax mailings (certified return receipt or other means).
Coordinate the payment of all invoices / tax returns (ie: prepare check request / mailing instructions / make EFT payments / etc.). Set up travel arrangements and car services for the tax operations group.
Responsible for all faxes and photocopies.
Assist the Tax team with any other projects as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree Tax work Experience 2 -4 year commitment to position.
Outstanding organizational and follow-through skills.
Strict attention to detail is a must.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills.
Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills must be excellent.
Ability to multi-task is essential.
Solid communication and writing skills.
High energy and assertive nature.
