Tax Analyst - Audit Job in Auburn Hills 48034
Position Description: Tax Analyst-AuditDefend filing positions taken on Federal, state & local income/franchise tax returns upon audit by taxing authorities.
Meet with tax auditors, when required, and respond to verbal and written requests for documentation and analysis.
Provide support and analysis for federal and state income tax reserve balances under GAAP & IFRSRequired Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics and / or business Minimum of five years of tax experience including tax audit with a major corporate or public accounting tax department Preferred Qualifications CPA Masters in TaxationOther Requirements Microsoft Office software programs Strong analytical and problem solving abilityCompensationThe ideal candidate can anticipate a competitive and attractive salary and benefit packageLocation: Auburn Hills, MI
