TIRE SERVICE MANAGER Job in Waddy, Kentucky US
Love's Travel Stops & Country Store's, Inc. is now hiring for the following position: Tire Service / Facilities Maintenance Manager Reports To: General Manager Waddy, KY store will open Feb. 2010 Responsibilities: Promote sales growth and profits of tire shopThoroughly train tire techniciansExhibit and teach a customer focused attitudePromptly execute merchandising and operational programsDemonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detailFacilities maintenance/ Grounds keepingExhibit Love's pledge of "doing what is right for our employees" at all times Minimum Requirements Preferred Qualifications: 2 - 3 years experience in tire, auto parts/repair, automotive mechanic, or Lube ExpressExperience supervising and training 7 or more employeesFacilities maintenance background a plusValid driver's licenseProven budget and P&L skillsPC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS ExcelRelocation may be requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a timeAbility to work a flexible scheduleCOME GROW WITH LOVE'S!
