Solicit new business from existing accounts, recruit new agents, evaluate and communicate market conditions to management.
Coordinate with and maintain open lines of communication with other departments.
Review and analyze reports, identify and classify agents by corridor.
Visit agents as required.
Direct, control, and supervise area money transfer sales operations- Manage all agents in assigned territories.
- Ensure that agents are trained on all the companys products, programs and services- Participate in development and be responsible for the successful implementation of sales plans.
At a minimum, achieve assigned goals.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory.
Minimum 50% travel required.
