OVERVIEWAs the Team Lead you will supervise employees and/or employees performing facilities support services.

You will be responsible for the direction, coordination, and completion of employees of assigned job tasks.

You will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include assigning and directing work, rewarding and insuring employee tasks are completed.

Addressing customer complaints and resolving problems.

You will also ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIESEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Ability to effectively communicate to customers, contractors, or employees of the organization.

Bilingual communication is a must.

Mathematical Skills: Basic math abilities required such as addition, subtraction, multiplication.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Ability to deal with minor problems involving several concrete variables an standardized situations.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills preferred but not a necessity.

Other Skills and Abilities: Good written and verbal skills, excellent customer service skills, training abilities, and time management skills.

Other Qualifications: Valid drivers license to operate company or personal vehicles.

COMPENSATION: Hourly Salary Range is $13.
