Automating systems test, regression, and standards compliance functionality; as well as adapting the system to cater for the requirements of the engineering team characterizes your work approach.

The system will scale to adapt to multi-site and multi-project requirements.

Jointly with the engineering team, you will assist in creating a test automation system to constantly monitor and ensure the functional correctness of the builds.

Duties and Responsibilities Develop specify, implement and maintain the integration and unit testing environment Implement scripts for automated system and unit testing to determine functional correctness of builds and releasesWork with engineering team to help resolve issues/bugs and manage the bug-tracking system.

Ability to work in fast paced development environment coordinating efforts different Engineering groups that may be in different geographical locationsMeticulous in design detail, reliability, and performance Maintain the highest technical and moral integrity for Dolby in the workplace and marketplace Education, Skills, Abilities and Experience RequiredBSCS/BSEE or equivalent technical training.

Demonstrated 2-5 years of experience in Software build and release systems and test automation Proven project experience in hardware-software co-designsAt least 2 years experience production grade QA in development of consumer video products Expert scripting in any of the following languages: Javascript, Bash, Perl, Python, Tcl/Tkl, Expect, or Ruby.

Preferred knowledge of scripting languages (in this order) would be: Perl, Javascript, RubyStrong knowledge and proficiency with HTTPFamiliar with Tk/GNATs, Bugzilla, Jira or other commercial bug tracking systems.

UNIX,/Linux, Windows, and Embedded software environment required.
