Job Description Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.

Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle/PeopleSoft solutions to achieve defined business goals.

They maintain skills in Oracle PeopleSoft applications process design and configuration; Oracle/PeopleSoft application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.

Key responsibilities may include: Supervising process and functional design activitiesCreating functional requirements as an input to application designDeveloping and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypesSupervising application build, test, and deploy activitiesPlanning and executing data conversion activities (e.

g., test data)Driving test planning and executionAbility to meet client travel requirements Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years hands on experience as a PeopleSoft developer, system administrator, architect or other PeopleSoft expertMinimum of 4 years work experience with PeopleSoft application hardware and software design and implementation, including third party software implicationsMinimum of 3 years experience in an advisory role providing recommendations to customers on optimal PeopleSoft hardware architecture configurations and sizingBachelor's degree requiredAbility to travel 100% (Monday - Friday) Preferred Skills: Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government)Good teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with other technical staff on the projectStrong interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams (i.
