We are looking for a Systems Analyst with IVR experience for one of our key financial clients.
RequirementsMust have 5 years experience in testing and analysis with expertise in different call center related technologies, business areas, application wide analysis, and proposal of solutions.
Assemble, analyze, and represent business requirements.The resource in this position will be accountable for developing and executing test scripts and defect management.All testing is considered complex and involves contact center technology, which includes IVR, CTI, call routing, desktop application, and reporting.The resource in this role must have extensive experience testing these componentsJob descriptionDesign, develop, maintain and execute automated and manual test scripts for the IVR platform, at both unit and system levels based on defined business/functional specifications and use cases.
Execute test scripts and accurately and concisely report both progress and defect status.
Work with developers and system analysts in supporting defects analysis, reproduction, and resolutionWork with developers to improve the stability and testability of the IVR platformMust be able to work closely with the customer and assist them in their User Acceptance Testing.
Produce accurate documentation of test results.
