Switchboard Operator Part Time Evenings Job in Boston 02122, Massachusetts US
Harbor Health Services is seeking a Switchboard Operator to join our team at Neponset Health Center.
The Switchboard Operator represents the Health Center in a courteous and efficient manner by answering all incoming telephone calls and routing them to the proper department or location, and distributes all incoming and outgoing mail.
Qualifications: High school diploma/GED, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service and organizational skills.
The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings 5:00 to 9:00 PM (15 hours per week with potential for additional hours.
) Neponset Health Center is located at 398 Neponset Avenue, Dorchester, MA and is part of Harbor Health Services, Inc. (HHSI).
