Switch Telecom RF Technician Job in Frederick 21702, Maryland US
Aerotek is currently accepting applications for Switch Telecom RF Technicians that will be stationed in Frederick, MD working closely with a government agency.
Candidates will need to be able to provide Switch Telecommunication Services support, which will activate during national emergencies.
A Top Secret SCI clearance will be a requirement to be considered for this opportunity.
Candidates shall be responsible for the integration of large, complex automated voice, data and video telecommunications switching networks and systems at deployed locations.
Candidates will be required to perform the deployment, placement, set-up, operation and teardown of voice, data and video telecommunications switching equipment and systems; as well as monitor, test alignment and fault isolation of voice, data and video telecommunications circuits, systems and equipment.
Candidates will need to have demonstrated experience in providing Preventive Maintenance (PM) on all equipment and assemblages to include but is not limited to High Frequency (HF), Line-of-Site (LOS) microwave, Satellite Communications (X-band, C-band, and Ku Band), Ultra-High Frequency (UHF), Very High Frequency (VHF), LMR trunking and conventional radios, analog and digital video systems and Telephone switch equipment.
