Our Support Counselors are responsible for establishing relationships with clients on the phone and to resolve client and creditor problems and request effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate must possess the following knowledge and skills:
Must possess outstanding communication skills
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be proficient with MS Office and have strong typing skills.
Must be detail oriented and a creative problem solver who is able to provide solutions in line with the mission, guiding principles and goals of the Company.
Must possess a personal commitment to service excellence
A minimum of two years customer service experience
Experience in the credit, financial or mortgage industry and/or a call center environment is preferred
High School degree required
Bachelors Degree and previous call center experience preferred.

Education and Experience: ·Associates Degree preferred ·Minimum of 2 years experience working in a call center or office environment dealing with customers on an individual basis via telephone.
·Some combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
·Background in sales, finance, education, consumer credit, collections, or a counseling-related field·MMI Support Certification, within 12 months of employment·FCRA certification, within 12 months of employment.
