Supervisor Staffing Resource Network - Nursing Job in San Diego, California US
Location Position is located in Kearny Mesa.
Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred.
Current California Registered Nurse licensure required.
Current CPR certification required.
Minimum two years recent experience as RN. Previous hospital staffing and management leadership experience preferred.
Ability to effectively manage the activities and personnel of the nursing float pools.
Familiar with computer software and database programs.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Summary Provides clinical expertise to all SRN supervisors, provides leadership for float pool employees; serves as a liaison for various sites throughout Sharp to maintain open communication related to staffing needs and processes under the supervision of assigned supervisor and SRN director.

Physical Requirements Must be able to handle 30-60 phone calls daily and work with multiple personality types.
Spends 70-80 percent of time sitting at a desk or computer terminal.
Must be able to hear and speak clearly on the phone.
