Blue Hills Regional Technical School Building Careers One At A Time Superintendent-Director The District School Committee of the Blue Hills Regional Technical School seeks an outstanding educational leader with acollaborative management style to serve as Superintendent-Director.
Blue Hills Regional Technical School is located ten milessouth of Boston and serves the communities of Avon, Braintree, Canton, Dedham, Holbrook, Milton, Norwood, Randolphand Westwood.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, collaborative management style and a strongcommitment to vocational and career training for the success of our students.
Qualifications: Operational budget development experience, personnel management experience, community, business andpublic policy-makers partnership experiences, grant writing and program development experience.
Proven leadership at adistrict or central office position, regional school district experience preferred.
Successful record of working with a broadconstituency including faculty, students and parents and local officials and public policy makers.
All applicants must beChapter 74 certified or certifiable as a Vocational Superintendent-Director and possess a Masters degree with advanced graduate study preferred.
Salary: A three-year contract with a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
