Como asociado de PetSmart, usted formar¡ parte de tienda de mascotas lder en Estados Unidos.

Al presente buscamos candidatos que les guste trabajar y formar parte de un equipo que ayudar¡ a abrir y operar nuestras tiendas en El Se±orial Plaza y en Plaza Ro Hondo: Subgerente de TiendaComo Subgerente de Tienda (Gerente de Operaciones), usted centrar¡ su trabajo en los asociados de la tienda.
Ser¡ responsable de completar el proceso de contrataci³n de empleados y de asegurarse de que todos los asociados reciban adiestramiento y formaci³n profesional.
Tambi©n trabajar¡ con el personal gerencial para asegurarse de que la tienda est¡ bien surtida y que se le d© el mantenimiento correspondiente.
