Staffing Coordinator / RecruiterMedical Staffing Network is seeking a Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter for our fast-paced Smithtown, NY office.
As a Staffing Coordinator we will depend on you to be an important link between our field staff and clients.
Through extensive phone contact, a variety of administrative duties, problem solving and data input, you will help great people find great jobs.
Your main focus will be taking recruiting new employees, client orders, obtaining employee availability and matching/scheduling employees to open orders.
Responsibilities include: recruiting new field employees managing compliance staffing orders addressing client problems and client praise resolving timesheet issues building/maintaining relationships with field employees.

At least one year full time experience in the Healthcare setting within the last three years.
Must be a self-starter, be able to multitask, meet deadlines, exhibit strong communications skills, and possess proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
Excellent organizational and communications skills, a good team spirit and customer service skills and ability to "think outside the box" are essential for your success at Medical Staffing Network.
