Make your next move to Raytheon! Job Description: Provide creative and highly technical engineering solutions in the field of air-to-ground multi-hypothesis tracking for both radar and EO sensors.
Design, develop and implement detailed algorithms in a simulation environment and aid its final implementation on production software.
Basic Qualifications: * 10+ years of related experience * Proven ability to multitask on several technical projects at once.
* Demonstrated technical team leadership.
* Highly developed analytical skills in Matlab and C/C++ * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience leading contract R&D projects in the field of tracking.
