Sr Online Marketing Mgr-eCommerce (Account Management)-1010058DescriptionSenior Online Marketing Manager - Account ManagementThis challenging opportunity on the att.com team will support the self servicing functions of the website.
Responsibilities will include requirements development, marketing, and business management for eService Account Management functions.
This position will have primary focus on the self service dashboard and general account management experiences across mobility, wire line, and U-verse.
Manage and deliver Account Management projects.
Projects will include the integration of multiple web sites into a single integrated att.com experience, along with new projects that increase use of att.com for servicing while also driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Additional focus areas include; driving Account Management online experience to increase customer satisfaction.
This position will work directly with other att.com, Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT team members.
Daily tasks will require working with other members of the att.com team including Sales, Support, Customer Experience, Web Analytics and Operations.
In addition, this position will interface with teams outside of att.com including Marketing, Customer Support, and IT. This position requires knowledge of website design in order to translate business needs into an online experience that ensures a high quality customer interaction in all customer touch points.
Support of online Self Servicing functions including username and password management, online account management, payments and billing.
Planning, generating new ideas, developing business cases.
Work multiple simultaneous projects from inception to implementation.
Set, track, and meet key online self servicing targets.
Participate in and support process improvement initiativesPosition requires state-of-the-art maintenance skills in ecommerce applications.
It also requires strong analytical skills as well as strong verbal and written communications.
Qualifications* 3+ years of online experience preferred* 3+ years in telecommunications industry preferred*Bachelor degree preferred* Must have an understanding of Internet, VOIP or IPTV industry including: online best practices, partnership management, business case development, project management and customer care experience.
* Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management within and outside of the online organization* Ability to gain cooperation of others, to motivate and to provide guidance and direction to project team* Ability to adapt and work flexibly within an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment* Highly analytical thinker needed with experience performing analysis using MS Excel, creating process flows through Visio and creating PowerPoint presentations suitable for consumption by senior leadership* Excellent verbal, organization, and written communication skills* Highly skilled in areas of project planning, time and resource management* Strong team-building and interpersonal skills* Ability to create business cases and analyze resultsAT&T - is an Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer, and we're committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce.
